Dr.Mohammad Zohair is a Ph.D. in Management Studies from Banaras
Hindu University, Varanasi. After doing his Masters in Business
Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu
University, Varanasi, he served All India Handloom Society, a
national level cooperative society in different capacities for
eleven years and rose up to the level of General Manager. He
undertook several visits abroad for business promotion of the
organization and also contributed the organization by providing
special training to the officials in different fields of operation
from time to time. Before joining Central University of Karnataka
Dr. Zohair has worked at School of Management Sciences,
Varanasi for two years. During his Ph.D. he engaged MBA (Agri-Business)
classes at Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Banaras Hindu University. He
has been associated with organizing national and international
conferences and editing journal. He has contributed eight papers in
different national journals and edited books and presented several
papers in international and national conferences. His areas of
research interest are marketing of handloom and cottage industry and
micro and small enterprises; business ethics and consumer behaviour.
