• The 2nd floor of the
administrative building of Gulbarga University provided to
the Central University of Karnataka for its activities.
• University has inducted
staff on Deputation, direct recruitment, contract and visiting basis.
• Administrative Offices of Vice Chancellor and Special Officers (Administration and Examinations) and academic
staff functional.
• Recruitment of teaching
& non-teaching staff initiated.
• Statutory bodies (Academic and Executive Councils) constituted.
• Selection of Registrar and Finance Officer made. Recommendations forwarded to Visitor for approval and appointment.
• Initial set up of
Library and Computer lab completed.
• 621acres of land at Kadaganchi Suntanur villages on the Gulbarga Waghdhari Inter State Highway in
Aland taluka identified by the Karnataka State Government. Land has been handed over to the University.
• Construction of boundary wall nearly complete
• Architect and project management consultant finalised. Ist
phase of campus development to begin soon. |
